The rooms are good and amazing with a bathroom. There is a huge variety of goodies for breakfast. - the location is nice and ideal, near the monuments, and just a 5-minute walk to Marrakesh center.

Clean property with brilliant staff. Beautiful and cozy room with a good bathroom. Central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television - very useful. Great location overlooking mountain and just next door to most tourist places as well as all the tourist areas of Marrakech. Also, to explore the local area as I 'm walking towards the main square. Great experience there.

The room had a bathroom and the hotel was conveniently located near the square, Medina shops, and taxi services to the airport.

The location of the riad was also perfect, close to the Medina shops and stalls. The Moroccan décor added a lovely touch to our room. While the view wasn't great, the rooftop terrace made up for it. Greeted at airport and taken to the hotel in a lovely cab. Made welcome with tea and biscuits. Comfortable and clean rooms. Lovely breakfast. Felt safe in the hotel. Room terrace was a nice place to relax.

Aircon leaked and didn't work in one room. Occasional loud voices at night from people coming and going.

I recently stayed at Riad Maison Aicha for 5 nights and it was a great experience. The staff, especially Aicha and the lovely little girl, were so nice and accommodating. The owner, Reda, was always there for me and organized a tour to the waterfall, which was the best experience. The airport transfer was seamless and the breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. The location is just a 10-minute walk from Jama El Fna, making it convenient to explore the city. If you want to experience a real Moroccan house, this is the place to stay.
